利用規約

mogu.（以下「本アプリ」）を使う前に、次の内容をお読みください。使い始めた時点で、この内容に同意したものとします。Appleの標準使用許諾契約（EULA）もあわせて適用されます。

  1. 本アプリは、家にある食材の管理と、レシピ・献立づくりを手伝うためのものです。
  2. 写真の読み取りやレシピ提案などに、AI（Anthropic社のClaude）を使っています。AIはまちがえることがあります。
  3. レシピ、カロリー、日持ちの日数、読み取り結果は目安です。正確さは保証できません。
  4. アレルギーや食べられないものは、材料と食品の表示を必ずご自身で確かめてください。肉や魚は中までしっかり火を通してください。
  5. 体調がすぐれないときの献立は、食事の参考です。病気の診断や治療のためのものではありません。つらいときはお医者さんに相談してください。
  6. mogu.deli は空想の出前です。実際の注文やお支払いは行われません。
  7. 本アプリを使ったことで生じた損害について、mogu.の運営者（以下「運営者」）に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、運営者は責任を負いかねます。
  8. ご意見には、ほかの人を傷つける内容や、法律に反する内容を書かないでください。
  9. mogu.プラス（月額300円・自動更新）に入ると、AIを使える回数が増えます。お支払いはApple IDに請求され、期間が終わる24時間前までに解約しないかぎり自動で更新されます。解約は、iPhoneの「設定」→ 自分の名前 →「サブスクリプション」からできます。返金はAppleの決まりに従います。
  10. AIを使える回数には、無料・プラスとも1日の上限があります。混みあっているときやサーバーの都合で、一時的に使えないことがあります。
  11. 本アプリは、予告なく内容を変えたり、提供をやめたりすることがあります。
  12. この規約は必要に応じて変わることがあります。大事な変更は、アプリの中でお知らせします。

Terms of Use

Please read the following before using mogu. (the "App"). By starting to use it, you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

  1. The app helps you manage the food at home and plan recipes and meals.
  2. The app uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to read photos and suggest recipes. The AI can make mistakes.
  3. Recipes, calories, shelf life and readings are estimates. Accuracy is not guaranteed.
  4. Always check ingredients and food labels yourself for allergies and foods you avoid. Cook meat and fish all the way through.
  5. Meals for when you feel unwell are a guide only, not for diagnosing or treating illness. If you feel bad, please see a doctor.
  6. mogu.deli is a make-believe delivery app. No real orders or payments are made.
  7. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the operator of mogu. ("the operator"), the operator is not liable for damages from using the app.
  8. Please don't write anything hurtful or illegal in your feedback.
  9. mogu. Plus (¥300/month, auto-renewing) gives you more AI each day. Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple's rules.
  10. Both free and Plus have a daily limit on AI use. The AI may be temporarily unavailable when busy or for server reasons.
  11. The app may change or end without notice.
  12. These terms may change as needed. We'll announce important changes in the app.

mogu.(이하 '본 앱')를 사용하기 전에 아래 내용을 읽어 주세요. 사용을 시작한 시점에 이 내용에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. Apple의 표준 사용권 계약(EULA)도 함께 적용됩니다.

  1. 본 앱은 집에 있는 재료를 관리하고, 레시피와 식단 짜기를 돕기 위한 앱이에요.

  3. 레시피, 칼로리, 보관 일수, 인식 결과는 참고용이에요. 정확성은 보장할 수 없어요.
  4. 알레르기나 못 먹는 것은 재료와 식품 표시를 꼭 직접 확인해 주세요. 고기와 생선은 속까지 잘 익혀 주세요.
  5. 몸이 안 좋을 때의 식단은 식사 참고용이에요. 병의 진단이나 치료를 위한 것이 아니에요. 힘들 때는 의사와 상담해 주세요.
  6. mogu.deli는 상상 속 배달이에요. 실제 주문이나 결제는 이루어지지 않아요.
  7. 본 앱 사용으로 생긴 손해에 대해, mogu.의 운영자(이하 「운영자」)에게 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우를 제외하고 운영자는 책임지지 않아요.
  8. 의견에는 다른 사람에게 상처를 주거나 법에 어긋나는 내용을 쓰지 말아 주세요.
  9. mogu. 플러스(월 300엔·자동 갱신)에 가입하면 AI를 쓸 수 있는 횟수가 늘어나요. 요금은 Apple ID로 청구되며, 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신돼요. 해지는 iPhone '설정' → 내 이름 → '구독'에서 할 수 있어요. 환불은 Apple의 규정을 따릅니다.
  10. 무료와 플러스 모두 하루 AI 사용 횟수에 상한이 있어요. 붐비거나 서버 사정으로 잠시 쓸 수 없을 때가 있어요.
  11. 본 앱은 예고 없이 내용을 바꾸거나 제공을 중단할 수 있어요.
  12. 이 약관은 필요에 따라 바뀔 수 있어요. 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서 알려 드려요.
