プライバシーポリシー（写真と個人情報について）

本アプリで扱う情報と、その使い方をまとめています。

  1. 保存するもの：在庫、食事のきろく（そえた写真も）、買い物リスト、献立、レシピ、好みの設定。
  2. 保存場所：このiPhoneの中です。iCloudをオンにしているときは、あなたのiCloudにも保存され、同じApple IDの端末で同期されます。mogu.の運営者は見られません。
  3. 冷蔵庫・レシート・レシピの写真や、在庫・好みの設定などは、食材の読み取りやレシピづくりのために、mogu.のサーバーを通してAI（Anthropic社のClaude）に送ります。送った写真をサーバーに保存することはありません。
  4. レシートには店名やカード番号の一部などが写ることがあります。気になる部分は隠してから撮ってください。
  5. きろくにそえた食事の写真は、AIには送りません。
  6. ご意見と「おかしい？」の報告は、運営者が読みます。名前やメールアドレスは送られません。
  7. 使いすぎを防ぐために、端末ごとの番号（個人を特定しないもの）で1日の利用回数を数えています。運営者は、回数やAIの使用量を、個人がわからない形の集計として見ます。
  8. mogu.プラスに入っているかどうかは、Appleが発行する購入の情報で確かめます。カード番号などのお支払い情報は、運営者には届きません。
  9. 集めた情報を売ったり、本人の許可なくほかの人に渡したりすることはありません。
  10. データは、各画面の「×」や削除ボタンから消せます。アプリを削除すると、このiPhoneのデータも消えます。わからないときは「ご意見を送る」から連絡してください。

Privacy Policy

What information the app handles, and how it is used.

  1. What we save: your stock, meal logs (with photos), shopping list, menus, recipes and preferences.
  2. Where: on this iPhone. If iCloud is on, it's also saved to your iCloud and synced across devices with the same Apple ID. The operator of mogu. can't see it.
  3. Photos of your fridge, receipts or recipes, and your stock and preferences, are sent through mogu.'s server to AI (Claude by Anthropic) to read foods and make recipes. Photos are not stored on the server.
  4. Receipts may show the store name or part of a card number. Please cover anything you'd rather not share before taking the photo.
  5. Photos attached to meal logs are not sent to the AI.
  6. Feedback and "something wrong?" reports are read by the operator. Your name and email are not sent.
  7. To prevent overuse, daily use is counted with a per-device number that doesn't identify you. The operator sees counts and AI usage only as anonymous totals.
  8. Whether you have mogu. Plus is checked with purchase information issued by Apple. Payment details such as card numbers never reach the operator.
  9. We never sell your information or share it with others without your permission.
  10. You can delete data with the × or delete buttons on each screen. Deleting the app also deletes its data on this iPhone. If unsure, contact us via "Send feedback".

개인정보 처리방침

본 앱에서 다루는 정보와 그 사용 방법을 정리했어요.

  1. 저장하는 것: 재고, 식사 기록(첨부한 사진 포함), 장보기 목록, 식단, 레시피, 취향 설정.
  2. 저장 장소: 이 iPhone 안이에요. iCloud가 켜져 있으면 내 iCloud에도 저장되고, 같은 Apple ID의 기기와 동기화돼요. mogu.의 운영자는 볼 수 없어요.
  3. 냉장고·영수증·레시피 사진과 재고·취향 설정 등은 재료 인식과 레시피 만들기를 위해 mogu. 서버를 거쳐 AI(Anthropic사의 Claude)에 보내요. 보낸 사진을 서버에 저장하지 않아요.
  4. 영수증에는 가게 이름이나 카드 번호 일부가 찍힐 수 있어요. 신경 쓰이는 부분은 가리고 찍어 주세요.
  5. 기록에 첨부한 식사 사진은 AI에 보내지 않아요.
  6. 의견과 「이상한가요?」 보고는 운영자가 읽어요. 이름이나 이메일 주소는 보내지 않아요.
  7. 과도한 사용을 막기 위해, 개인을 특정하지 않는 기기별 번호로 하루 사용 횟수를 세고 있어요. 운영자는 횟수와 AI 사용량을 개인을 알 수 없는 집계로만 봐요.
  8. mogu. 플러스 가입 여부는 Apple이 발행하는 구매 정보로 확인해요. 카드 번호 등 결제 정보는 운영자에게 전달되지 않아요.
  9. 모은 정보를 팔거나, 본인 허락 없이 다른 사람에게 넘기지 않아요.
  10. 데이터는 각 화면의 「×」나 삭제 버튼으로 지울 수 있어요. 앱을 삭제하면 이 iPhone의 데이터도 지워져요. 모를 때는 「의견 보내기」로 연락해 주세요.
